Key points in choosing cutting Insert
1. Feed rate
(1) Determining the feed rate should consider the specifications of the insert and the performance of the machine tool
(2) The feed rate cannot exceed the R angle radius of the blade
(3) In grooving processing, the problem of chip removal can be solved by step-by-step processing with small depth of cut.
⒉Depth of cut
(1) The depth of cut should not be less than the tip radius of the blade
(2) The cutting depth depends on the cutting load of the machine tool
(3) Blades of different shapes can improve the deviation and gap problems of the workpiece being processed
